摘要
用免疫组织化学法和多种识别T细胞亚群的抗体,观察了15例胎儿胸腺内T细胞亚群的抗原表达及其分布。结果表明,胸腺皮、髓质T细胞对Leu4抗体均呈阳性,但髓质部较强。Leu3a和Leu2a阳性细胞分布于胸腺皮质、髓质,但髓质部阳性数目少于皮质。AIG3和NK阳性细胞均分布于髓质,皮质几乎为阴性。IL-2R细胞分布于被膜下、皮质和髓质。BrdU标记的细胞主要存在于皮质,特别是外皮质区。此外胸腺内还有γδT和αβT细胞。这两种细胞体积大,形状不规则,有时有小的突起,深染。它们主要分布在皮髓质交界处、髓质和被膜下。本文还对上述各种T细胞抗原的表达及其可能的相互关系进行了讨论。
Immunohistochemical method and several recognizing T cell antibodies were used to study the distribution and antigen expression of T cell subsets in 15 fetal thymuses,ranging from 38-40weeks.The results indicated that the T cells in cortex and medulle are stained by Leu4 antibody,but the staining intensity of T cells in medulla is stronger than those of the cortex. The Leu 3a and Leu2a positive cells distribute throughout the cortex and medulla of thymus,but the numbers of positive cells in medulla are less than those in cortex,In contrast,the AIG3 and Leu7 positive cells are restricted in medulla only,The IL-2R positive cells distribute widely in thymus,such as subcapsular region,cortex and medulla,but the numbers of IL-2R positive cells in cortex are less than the medulla. BrdU-labeled cells predominately locate in cortex,especially in outer cortex,In addition,in thymus exist γδT and αβT cells,most of them are present in corticomedullary junction and medulla,while fewer γδT and αβT cells scatter in subcapsular region and cortex,The cells of both subsets are large,irregular in form and with many fine processes.In addition,the antigen expression and relationship between these different subsets of T lymphocytes in thymus are discussed.
