摘要 激光头是否垂直光盘直接影响到光驱的读取能力以及稳定性.实际生产中采用机械方法来测量,其效率低、误差大.本文研究并实现一种通过直接检测光斑来计算激光束垂直度的新技术,着重介绍了该技术使用的一种光斑中心定位算法,给出了算法的理论模型和实际实现方法,分析了算法的性能. Whether optical pick-up vertical CD influence reading ability and stability of the optical drive directly. By using the mechanical method to measure in actual production, the efficiency was low, and error was heavy. This paper studies and realizes a new kind of technology of calculating the vertical degree of the laser beam through measuring the facula directly, introduces a kind of facula center location emphatically, provides the theory model of the algorithm and actual implementation method, and analyses the performance of the algorithm.
