摘要
在γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)、N-甲基全氟辛基磺酰基胺基丙烯酸乙酯(MPSAEA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的共聚物中,利用原位复合技术引入纳米TiO2微粒,制备均匀透明的TiO2纳米复合含氟聚合物材料。用红外光谱、透射电镜等表征复合材料的形貌和结构。分别用多功能电子能谱仪、扫描电镜、显微硬度仪和紫外可见吸收光谱仪测定涂层表面的化学成分、形貌和涂层的硬度、透光率。结果表明,纳米复合聚合物可在玻片表面形成均匀光滑的涂层,该涂层具有优异的硬度和可见光透过率,并且随着含氟单体含量的增加涂层的硬度增大。
A kind of uniform and transparent TiO_2 nano-composite fluoro-polymer was synthesized by means of copolymerization of N-methylperfluorooctanesulfoamido ethylacrylate (MPSAEA),methylmethacrylate (MMA) and methacry-loxypropyltri-methyloxysilane(MPTMS) initiated by AIBN,followed by the hydrolysis of titanium tetrabutoxide (TBOT).The morphology and structure of the composite material was characterized by infrared spectrum and TEM.The chemical composition,morphology of coating surface,hardness and light transmittance of the coating were measured by using multifunction electron spectrograph,SEM,microhardness device and UV-visible absorption spectrograph etc.The result shows that nano-composite polymer can form a smooth and homogeneous coating on glass surface and the coating has excellent rigidity and good visible light transmittance.The hardness of coating increases with increasing amount of fluorin monomer.
