摘要
人类传统的社会发展是以破坏生态环境为代价,而自然生态系统是可持续发展的。建设生态城市是可持续发展的必然要求。文章阐述了生态城市建设的基本原则,生态城市建设的主要内容,生态城市生态经济功能还调律,与资源和生态、经济、社会可持续发展关系。
Society was traditionally developed in the price of ecoenvironment destruction while natural ecosystem was sustainable developed. The construction of eco-city is a necessity of sustainable development. Eco-city construction including its basic principle, contents as well as relationship between eco-economy and resources was described.
