安贺拉滴眼液在LASEK中的应用

Acular eyedrops used in LASEK

目的:观察安贺拉滴眼液(0.5%酮咯酸氨丁三醇)在LASEK中应用的效果。方法:采用自身对照法观察23例(46眼)接受LASEK的患者,一眼应用安贺拉滴眼液作为试验组,另一眼常规药物治疗作为自身对照组,观察1周。结果:两组在控制术后疼痛及炎症反应方面有明显差异,试验组未见严重的并发症和不良反应。结论:安贺拉滴眼液是控制LASEK术后眼部疼痛及炎症反应的安全、有效的药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acular eyedrops for reducing postoper- ative ocular pain and inflammation from laser subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK). Methods Twen- ty-three patients (46 eyes) were observed by self-contrast (L vs R). One eye treated with acular eye- drops was regarded as test group, the other treated with normal eyedrops as self-contrast group, fol- lowed up 7 days.Results There was a statistically significant difference of reducing postoperative ocu- lar pain and inflammation from LASEK between two groups (P <0.01). No severe complications were found in test group. Conclusion Acular eyedrops is a kind of effective and safe drug for reducing postoperative ocular pain and inflammation.
