In the litigation, it is the common phenomena that the case is long but not judge, litigation period is long. So lower the cost of litigation, and increase the litigation income have already been imperative under the situation. At first, this article makes clear the exact meaning of cost and income ,and indicates three analysis methods: analysis of opportunity cost,analysis of limit deal and analysis of benefit.After the analysys, we can lower the cost of litigation, and increase the litigation income contraposly.
