摘要 采用体外软骨细胞培养方法,观察由黄嘌呤—嘌呤氧化酶系产生的氧自由基对人胚软骨细胞超微结构的影响。结果表明:该酶系产生的自由基对人胚软骨细胞膜及细胞器产生了明显的损伤作用,从而间接提示炎性关节疾病时活化中性白细胞、巨噬细胞释放的氧自由基可能是引起关节软骨损伤的原因之一。 To research into the cartilage injury mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis we have used the method of chondrocytes in monolayer culture in vitro and observed the ultrastructural effect of free radicals generated by the xanthine oxidase and xanthine on the human embryo chondrocytes. The results showed that the membranes and subcellular organelles of the human embryo chondrocytes were damaged strongly. It suggested that oxygen free radicals from polymorphonuclear leukocytes and phagocytes would be important factors of cartilage injury in arthritis
