磨牙缺失后大鼠海马区乙酰胆碱含量改变的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨咬合支持丧失(磨牙缺失)对大鼠脑部海马区胆碱能神经递质的影响。方法24只10月龄Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、单侧磨牙拔除组和双侧磨牙拔除组,6周后,大鼠快速断头处死,分离左右侧海马组织,分别测定乙酰胆碱含量和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果单侧磨牙拔除组大鼠海马内乙酰胆碱含量较对照组降低(P<0.05),双侧磨牙拔除组大鼠海马内乙酰胆碱含量较对照组也降低(P<0.001),并且双侧组乙酰胆碱含量较单侧组低(P<0.05);各组间乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论咬合支持丧失后6周,可以导致大鼠脑部海马区胆碱能神经递质—乙酰胆碱含量下降。 Objective To study the effect of loss of occlusal support (molarless) on cholinergic neurotransmitters concentration in hippocampus of rats. Methods 24 Wistar rats (10 months old) were randomly divided into three groups: unilateral group (molars in left side were extracted), bilateral group (molars on both sides were extracted), and control group (sham surgery). Six weeks later, all animals were decapitated and the hippocampus were dissected (separating into left and right hippocampus) to measure the Acetylcholine and Acetylcholinesterase concentrations. Results Acetylcholine (ACh) was significantly decreased in hippocampus in unilateral group compared to control group (P<0.05). Ach was also decreased in bilateral group compared to control (P<0.05) and the levels of Ach were lower in the bilateral group than in the unilateral group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in AChE activity among the groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Within the limitation of this study, loss of occlusal support may decrease the content of Acetylcholine in hippocampus of rats, this may damage the functions of nervous system.
