摘要 提出了一种用含有置信度的梯形模糊数来量化模糊语言变量的新方法,以及相应的群决策一致性判据。在此基础上,从评价集、权重赋值和单因素评判3个关健方面改进了现行的模糊综合评判模型,使之能够在决策信息缺乏的情况下取得更合理的评判结果。利用该评判模型,给出了一种适用于混联机械系统设计初期可靠度模糊分配的一般性方法。最后通过一个工程案例,说明其具体的应用方法及其有效性。 A new method, in which fuzzy linguistic variables are quantized by the trapezoidal fuzzy number containing the degrees of confidence, and the consensus criterion in group decision-making are proposed. On the basis of the method and criterion, the current models of fuzzy synthetic assessment (FSA) are improved in the comment set, weighting and single factor assessment. As a result, the improved model can make FSA get more reasonable results in the absence of decision-making information. A general approach to fuzzy apportionment of mechanical system reliability during conceptual design, which is suitable for a series-parallel system, is developed in terms of the improved model. Finally, its application and effectiveness are discussed in an engineering example.
