天南星属等16种药用植物的花粉形态比较

THE STUDIES ON POLLEN MORPHOLOGY UNDER SEM OF 16 SPECIES OF MEDICAL PLANT IN ARISAEMA ECT

作者对天南星属及半夏属１６种药用植物的花粉粒进行了扫描电镜的观察和比较，发现其花粉粒都为圆球形、类球形，无萌发孔、沟，表面具刺状纹饰，但不同种的天南星的花粉粒其表面刺的形状、大小、分布、密度及刺间特征沟有明显的区别，可为原植物的鉴别提供很好的依据。

Chinese triditional drug 'Tian Nan-Xin'(Rhizoma Arisaemae) has been used since ancient time. Recent year,Pharmacological and clinical studies indicate that the drug has many action such as anticancer,antibearing,and antiarrhythmia.The author collected 16 species which rhizoma were used as 'Tian Nan-Xin' in China.Amony them 15 species belong to the Arisaema and 1 spece belong to the Pinellia(Family Araceae).The present paper described their pollen morphology,their key of pollen morphology under scanning electron micrioscope was given.All of these provide valuable evidence for the classification of Arisarma and the verification of their affinities.
