摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死中医辨证分型与神经功能缺损程度评分的关系。方法对124例急性脑梗死患者进行辨证分型及神经功能缺损程度评分。结果风火上扰证和痰湿蒙神证患者的神经功能缺损程度评分最高,并与其它证型相比有显著性差异。中脏腑患者的神经功能缺损程度评分明显高于中经络患者(P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死中医辨证分型与神经功能缺损程度评分有一定的相关,两者的有机结合是全面评价脑梗死的有效手段。
Objective To discuss the relationship between differentiation of syndrome of acute cerebral infarction and score of neurological deficits.Method 124 cases with acute cerebral infarction were differentiated and scored in according to differentiation of syndrome and score of neurological deficits.Result Syndrome of higher score of neurological deficits was from one syndrome of Fenghuo Shangrao. The syndrome of Fenghuo Shangrao was differ from others in score of neurological deficits (P<0.01).Conclusion There was relativity between differentiation of syndrome of acute cerebral infarction and score of neurological deficits.
