c-fos蛋白在沙鼠全脑缺血后再灌注时海马中的表达及其与电针抗脑缺血关系的探讨 被引量:25

摘要 在沙鼠急性全脑缺血的模型上,采用免疫组化方法观察了电针对海马各区c-fos蛋白表达及神经元细胞形态改变的影响。电针穴位为“风府”和“筋缩”,频率7Hz,强度6mA,电针持续30min。结果表明,电针能明显加强急性全脑缺血沙鼠海马各区c-fos蛋白的表达,CA1区尤为明显。同时电针能明显改善缺血后CA1区神经元的变性坏死。提示电针对缺血后海马神经元细胞的保护作用可能与加强c-fos蛋白的表达有关。 In the gerbil model with acute global ischemia, we studied the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA) on c-fos protein expression in different regions of the hippocampus by immunohistochemical staining, and on histological changes in the neurons. EA was performed at "Feng-fu" and "Jin-suo" points with 7 Hz frequency and 6mA intensity for 30 min. Our results show that EA can remarkably increase induction of c-fos protein in neurons of various regions in the hippocampus following transient global ischemia, especially in the CA1 subfield and can prevent most of the CA1 cells from delayed degeneration after ischemia.These results indicate that the protective effect of EA on hippocampus neurons after cerebral ischemia may be related to the increase of c-fos protein.
