摘要
电针大鼠面部颧髎穴观察到确能抑制尾部电流致痛所致的甩尾反射后,用免疫组化ABC法检测大鼠脑和脊髓中fos蛋白的变化。结果表明,与痛组比较,骶、尾段脊髓fos的表达重又消失;额前皮质内侧也大为减少,而外侧份则出现fos表达,此时延髓网状巨细胞核、导水管背外侧灰质、上丘中、深层灰质、楔状核、脚间核、下丘脑弓状核和视前区等结构,也明显增多。
Using immunocytochemistry of fos-ABC-DABNi method c-fos expression in the central nervons system in the awake male rats after electroacupuncture analgesia(EAA) of the 'Quanliao' were detected in the rat receiving electrostimnlation of the tail. Rats that only received pain electrostimulation in the tall, exhibited cytochemical staining of fos nuolei in laminae Ⅰ,Ⅱ.ⅤVand Ⅹ of the sacrococcygeal segment of the spinal cord and the medial frontal cortex. In rats with EAA, little labelling was seen in the same spinal cord Segments,however. there was expression in the lateral part of the frontal cortex. Labelling was also observed in the ventral part of the nucleus tractus spinalis nervi trigemini in rats with EA of 'quan-liao'. There was increased significant labelling in the nucleus gigantocellularis reticularis, the dorsal part of the PAG,the intermediate and deep layers of colliculus superior, the nucleus cuneiformis,the nnclens interpeduncnlaris, the nuclens arcuatus hypothalami and the preoptic area.
