摘要
研究了溶胶凝胶法制备玻璃纤维负载TiO2的光催化杀菌作用,探讨了光催化剂的最佳制备条件.实验结果表明,光催化杀菌效果明显好于单独紫外光的杀菌效果.光催化杀菌过程存在一个诱导期,当玻璃纤维浸涂凝胶三次、在450℃煅烧2h,30min的杀菌率可达70.4%.
In this paper ,the TiO_2/glassfiber photocatalytic films are prepared with sol-gel processing, and photocatalytic degradation is tested by sterilization efficiency. The results show that the sterilization efficiency with UV light in the presence of TiO_2/glassfiber is much higher than that with UV light. The effect of catalyst preparation conditions on the photocatalytic sterilization is investigated. The optimum conditions for the preparation of the immobilized photocatalyst are 3 dip-coating cycles,and calcinations at 450℃ for 2 h. The TiO_2/glassfiber films photocatalytic sterilization rate is 70.4% in 30 min.
