近年来国内旅游业信息化研究综述

A Summary of Domestic Researches on Tourist Informationization in Recent Years

文章简要回顾了旅游业信息化研究的历史进程,从理论研究、信息技术、旅游企业管理信息系统、旅游目的地信息系统、旅游电子商务与旅游网站、旅游规划和旅游专家系统、旅游市场和旅游统计信息系统等方面对近年来国内旅游业信息化的研究状况进行了概述,并对未来的研究作了展望,指出在未来一段时期,旅游业信息化研究会在理论基础的完善、研究方法的突破、更多新兴信息技术的应用和实践问题的后续性研究等方面得到进一步的发展。

This article reviewed the historical progress of domestic researches on informationization in tourism industry, summarized domestic researches in this area in recent years from theoretical research, information technology, tourist enterprise management information system, tourist destination information system, tourism electronic business and tour web sites, tourism planning and tourist expert system, tourism market and tourist statistics information system aspects respectively. It also prospected future researches in this area. The paper pointed out that, during a certain period in the future, further progress should be made in improving the theoretical basis, making breakthroughs in methodology, applying more updated information technologies and making follow-up studies of practical problems.
