冲压工艺特征图形数据转换和识别系统的研究

摘要 从冲压模具CAD与冲压工艺CAPP的智能集成的自动特征识别的关键技术出发,采用通用数据接口IGES作为数据传递,面向WIN98/NT/2000进行开发了一套板材成型工艺特征图形数据转换和识别系统。本系统可以对各种造型软件所产生的中性文档.igs的数据进行读取,重新规整使之适合整套专家系统的后续工艺类比、制订、更新。根据形状特征与冲压加工特征间存在着单映射的关系,充分利用模型中的几何信息和拓扑关系来识别零件的特征。通过对读入的IGES三维线框文件进行预处理,使之满足特征识别的需要,采用基于几何推理的特征识别技术实现了对冲压件主型面特征、冲孔特征、翻孔特征的识别与提取。 To realize an automatic feature recognition system of CAD/CAPP intelligent integration of sheet metal forming, this paper presents a graph data transform and recognize system of stamping process feature that adopts IGES as the data transform by using WIN98/NT/2000. The system can read and then order *.igs data form all kinds of CAD software to conform to the requirements of designing stamping process. From shape feature and stamping process feature are in the relation of single mapping. Geometrical information and topology can be used to recognize the feature of part. By disposing data of importing IGES line,the system can realize the recognition and extraction of typical stamp features, such as primary face feature, punch feature and flange feature.
