摘要
在主动式视觉传感器的焊缝跟踪系统中,作者提出了新的接缝图象处理和特征值提取的算法,详述了直线段的调整、线段拟合算法以及接缝特征值的获取。经过误差分析,焊枪与接缝的实际偏差为0.2mm。
In the vision system of the seam tracking, this paper puts forward new image process and seam identifying arithmetic, linear adjustment and fit arithmetic in detail. Characters of seam and position warp of welding torch can be recognized through the system. The precision of the check-up system is 0.2mm.
