干燥器法测定人造板甲醛放量的测量不确定度研究 被引量:5

摘要 本试验采用标准不确定度的A类评定,研究了国家标准中干燥器法(9—11L)测定人造板甲醛释放量在重复测量条件下的不确定度。对试验数据进行统计分析的结果表明,甲醛释放量3.42mg/L时和3.69mg/L时,标准不确定度分别为0.08725和0.08178mg/L。依据重复测量时检测结果表现出的分散性,作者建议探讨标准中限量指标的科学性。 A research was made on evaluation of Type A standard uncertainty for formaldehyde emissions determined from wood-based panels with the desiccator (9 - 11 L) methed of standard GB/17657-1999 in repeatability measurement. The test data gained were tabulated and analyzed. The results indicated that the Type A standard uncertainties were 0.08725 mg/L and 0.08178 mg/L respectively while formaldehyde emissions determined were 3.42 mg/L and 3.69 mg/L . In view of the dispersitivity showed in the results of the repeated measurements, the author suggested that it is necessary to study the reasonableness of the requirements of formaldehyde emission limit in the national standard deeply.
