关于财经高校人才培养模式改革的思考

A Reflection on the Developing Model Reform of Financial and Economic Colleges and Universities

为了适应21世纪社会变革对高等教育和人才培养提出的新要求,我们必须对高等财经教育的人才培养模式进行改革。财经高校人才培养模式改革,是一项复杂的系统工程,必须整体实施,全面推进。要确立正确的教育观、人才观,面向21世纪培养高素质财经人才。着眼于多元化培养面向21世纪的高素质创新人才,必须确立“突出整体,素质为本;夯实基础,创新为魂;学科整合,学程分段;因材施教,分流培养”的人才培养模式。教育活动直接作用于学生的是其内容、方法和手段,所以人才培养模式的改革,要在教学内容、方法和手段创新上下工夫。

In order to meet the new requirements for the higher education and personal training in the 21st century,the model of personal training for financial and economic colleges should be changed.This reform is a comprehensive systems engineering,which must be put into effect wholely and completely.For the purpose of developing the qualified creative talents for the 21st century,the model of personal training should be' the whole based on qualities;creation as a soul with solid foundations;courses divided into parts with a whole subject and development with different teaching materials.'The developing model reform should start with teaching contents,ways and means.
