合肥市2004年5岁以下儿童死亡流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Death of children under 5 Years Old in Hefei City in 2004

目的研究合肥市2004年5岁以下儿童的主要死因、死亡时间、地区分布,为今后的预防保健工作提供依据。方法对全市5岁以下儿童死亡报告卡进行分析。结果5岁以下儿童死亡率9.75‰,农村高于城区和开发区;肺炎、早产及低体重、窒息、意外、腹泻、先天畸形为明确诊断的前6位死因;冬春季节例数较多。结论要降低5岁以下儿童死亡率,必须加强围产保健和遗传咨询、产前诊断。

Objective To study the major death causes, the distribution of death time and district of the children under 5 years old in 2004. Methods All the death cards of the children under 5 years old reported in Hefei city, in 2004, were analyzed. Results The mortality of children under 5 years old was 9.25‰ and the rate of the rural areas was more serous than that of urban areas. The major death causes were pneumonia, premature delivery and low birth weight, choke, suddenness, diarrhea and congenital abnormality in turn. The most death occurred in the winter and the spring. Conclusions In order to reduce the mortality of the children under 5 years old, perinatal heath care, genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis should be improved.
