池洲城区2001～2003年个体诊所卫生管理及消毒质量监测分析

Analysis of Health Conditions and Disinfection Efficacy Surveillance of Urban Individual Clinics in Chizhou City from 2001 to 2003

目的了解池州市城区2001～2003年个体医疗诊所消毒情况,探讨促进消毒监测管理的方法。方法对池州市城区个体医疗诊所进行卫生监督检查,按《消毒技术规范》、《消毒与灭菌评价及标准》和《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求对个体诊所进行消毒效果监测。结果经卫生整顿,个体诊所的卫生管理、硬件设施、卫生状况大有改观。3年共监测各类样品793件,合格率65.45%,卫生整顿前后,消毒监测合格率有明显提高;各类检测项目中,消毒剂检测合格率最高,为89.91%,医护人员手检测合格率最低,仅为42.35%。结论卫生整顿能促进个体诊所卫生安全管理水平的提高。定期进行消毒监测,是确保消毒工作质量的重要策略。

Objective To understand the status of medical market rectification and disinfection efficacy surveillance of individual clinics in urban area of Chizhou city during 2001~2003 so as to improve disinfection quality of the clinics. Methods We inspected all individual clinics. Surveillance of disinfection efficacy of individual clinics was carried out according to evaluation method and standard for disinfection efficacy, sterilization and hygienic standards for disinfection in hospitals. Results With health punishment and monitoring of disinfection, health management, health equipment and health condition of these individual clinics had been improved greatly. A total of 793 samples had been examined in 3 years, 65.45 % samples were up to standard and the qualified rate increased year by year. qualified rate of liquid disinfectants was the highest ( 89.91 % ) and qualified rate of medical personnel hands was the lowest ( 42.35 % ). Conclusions Health punishment could improve health management of the individual clinics. Regular inspection and disinfection efficacy monitoring could guarantee quality of disinfection.
