Hygienic Situation of Sidewalk Snack Booth in Tongling Night Market

目的了解铜陵市夜市大排档存在的主要问题,研究对其加强卫生监督管理的方法。方法对铜陵市夜市大排档进行现场调查登记和餐具监测,并对调查结果分析。结果铜陵市夜市大排档未进行统一的规划和合理的布局、基本卫生设施相当缺乏、餐具基本未进行消毒。结论夜市大排档存在较大的卫生隐患。消除这一隐患的主要措施是政府牵头、因势利导、规范建设、加强卫生监督,促进其健康发展。

Objective The study aimed to understand the current hygiene states of the night market of sidewalk snack booth of in Tongling city and provide evidences for strengthening hygiene supervision and management. Methods Sidewalk snack booths of the night market in Tongling were registered and sampling tableware were taken and monitored in a field survey. Data were analyzed for this study. Results The sidewalk snack booths of night market were not well planned and distributed in the city. Most of them lacked of basic hygiene apparatus. Their tableware had not been well disinfected neither. Conclusions The sidewalk snack booth of night market was a high risk factor for an outbreak of food poisoning events at any time in the city. It was urgent to strengthen the supervision and management to the sidewalk snack booth of night market in order to resolve the problem permanently and to protect and promote the development of the sidewalk snack booths.
