95例新生儿惊厥病因研究

Retrospection of Pathogeny in 95 Cases with Neonatal Convulsion

目的探讨新生儿惊厥病因,为降低新生儿惊厥发生率提供依据。方法对1年来收治的95例新生儿惊厥,从病因、发病日龄、惊厥发作类型、相关的实验室和影像学检查以及转归进行回顾性分析。结果由围产因素导致的缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)和颅内出血(ICH)为新生儿惊厥的主要原因,其中HIE53例,ICH17例;其次为低钙血症,12例。3d内发病占大多数,为78.95%。结论多种病因可导致新生儿惊厥,而以围产期因素最多见。

Objective To explore the pathogeny of neonatal convulsion. Methods Retrospective study of pathogeny, age, type of seizure, interrelated lab and iconography examination and prognosis of 95 cases with neonatal convulsion in our pediatric department last year was conducted. Results Hypoxic-ischemix encephalopathy (HIE) and intracranial haemorrhage (ICH) which aroused by perinatal factors were the primary pathogeny. Among these, there were 53 cases of HIE and 17 cases ICH, the secondary pathogeny was hypocalcemia, 12 cases. Most of them were less than 3 days. The rate was 78.95%. Conclusion Various pathogensis could arouse neonatal convulsion and the perinatal factors were uppermost.
