苦槛蓝挥发油化学成分的研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Myoporum bontiodes

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC MS)联用技术对苦槛蓝Myoporumbontiodes挥发油的化学成分进行了研究,利用GC分离出56个组分,按MS谱图初步确认了其中的47种成分,占挥发油总组分的89.98%.鉴定的化合物中,44.71%为倍半萜类,其他为单萜类、脂肪酸、醇类、酮类、醛类及醚类等.

The volatile oil from Myoporum bontiodes was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Fifty six components were detected and the structures of 47 compounds identified .These constituents represented 89.98% of the total peak areas. Sesquiterpenes (44.71%) were the major chemical constituents in the oil. Other constituents found were monoterpenes, fatty acids, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, ethers,etc..
