摘要
分析了常规的基于短消息通信的车辆监控中心在流量控制上的不足,提出了一种新的监控中心实现方案,介绍了该方案的系统组成、工作原理、软硬件设计等。实验结果表明:该方案可以有效地进行流量控制,提高了系统的性能。
In this paper,flow control's deficiency of vehicle surveillance center based on SMS is analyzed.Proposed a new implement method and introduce this methods work principle,compose of system,design of hardware and software.The results show that this method can process flow control effectively and improve systems performance.
