Microsurgery treatment of 43 patiens with spinal cord meningioma

目的总结脊膜瘤的显微外科治疗经验和技巧,提高其临床疗效。方法对43例显微手术治疗的脊膜瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果所有肿瘤均全切除,无手术死亡、致残及相关并发症,全部患者恢复满意。结论合理利用显微神经外科技术治疗脊膜瘤可避免脊髓及神经损伤,提高手术治疗效果,手术全切除肿瘤及累及的脊膜可降低肿瘤的复发率。

Objective To summarize the microsurgical techniques and skills in operation procedure, and to evaluat the outcome of spinal cord meningioma (SCM). Methods 43 cases of SCM treated with microsurgical operation were studied retrospectively. Results Tumor resection was achieved in all cases,there was no died , mutilation or complication related to orperation. All of the patients recovered . Conclusion It may avoid damaging the nervous tissue and improve the operation outcome by using the microsurgical techniques properly, the dural involved resection and tumor completely resection may reduce the recurrent rate.
