摘要
通过对高压设备在线监测的技术要求、结构、测量参数与精度、检验方法、环境适应性等方面的分析,提出了高压设备在线监测及诊断系统的原则框架。通过此框架可更好地促进在线监测技术的产业化及其在电力系统的应用水平。
In order to improve the maintenance of HV apparatus, some basic principles regarding online monitoring and diagnostic systems are analyzed and proposed. The related aspects include the requirement, monitoring parameters, system structure, measurement accuracy, testing methods, and diagnostic approaches. These principles are helpful to accelerating the industrialization of online monitoring and diagnostic technology and its application in power system.
