摘要 研制了最高工作电压100kV的一种环形电极场畸变火花隙开关,计算和模拟了开关内部电场分布。通过实验检测了开关的耐压特性以及不同电压下的开关动作延迟时间和抖动。结果表明欠压比相同时,开关抖动随电极间距增大而增大,在间距3mm时开关工作稳定、动作时间延迟小,抖动<1ns,但开关电极间距小时,工作电压不高。 The results of a ring electrode field distortion switch are investigation. For analyzing the relationship between delay time and jitter of switch and distribution of electrical field of switch, its electrical field has been calculated and simulated. The delay time and jitter of the switch at different voltages have been measured respectively through tests. The result indicates that the switch is stable and has short delay time, jitter is sub nanosecond under some circumstances.
