摘要 IRMCK203是IR公司最新推出的一款高性能无传感器永磁同步电机单片控制IC。它采用纯硬件电路来执行永磁同步电机的转子磁场定向控制算法,因而具有良好的动态性能,同时也具有高度灵活的可配置性能。文中介绍了IRMCK203芯片的结构特点,给出了基于IRMCK203的无传感器永磁同步电机的控制系统设计方法。 IRMCK203 is a high performance digital motion control IC for sensor-less Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) application. It implement a FOC algorithm control based on a hardware method without traditional software method. It's versatile enough that the users can configure and optimize system performance according to the needs of each application. This paper introduces the structure and characteristic of IRMCK203 and gives the system design for sensor-less PM motor based on IRMCK203.
