中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征之不孕症48例

Combinative treatment of Chinese traditional and western medicine in 48 patients with sterility due to polycystic ovarian syndrome

目的:多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女内分泌紊乱中最常见的一种异质性疾病,是一组表现为肥胖、多毛、不孕和卵巢囊性增大的综合征。方法:运用中西医结合多种方法治疗多囊卵巢综合征之不孕症48例,并与单纯西药组42例进行对照。结果:2组妊娠率分别为70.83%和28.57%,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用中西医结合多种方法治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能提高患者受孕率。

Objective:To explore the effect of combinative treatment of Chinese traditional and western medicine(TCM-WM) on sterility due to polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:48 cases with PCOS were treated with TCM-WM,while 42 ones were treated by WM.Results:The pregnant rate in two groups was 20.83% and 28.57% with statistic significance.Conclusion:Using combinative treatment of TCM-WM could increase the rate of pregnancy of patients.
