摘要
采用人工控制土壤不同的含水量,研究水分胁迫对夏玉米生长和中微量元素Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu含量的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫明显降低了夏玉米生物量,促进了玉米植株中Ca、Mg、Mn向地上部转移。水分胁迫条件下,Ca、Mg、Mn的含量在植株的各部位均有不同程度的增加,且各处理之间差异达到显著水平。随水分胁迫的增加,叶中Cu元素含量降低,根中Cu元素含量先降低后升高,而在茎中,Cu元素含量先升高后降低。
Contents of mid -element and micro -element Ca, Mg, Cu and Mn in summer maize were studied by control different water of soil. The results showed that the biomass of summer maize was distinctly decreased, but transference of Ca, Mg and Mn were increased. The contents of Ca, Mg and Mn were increased in different parts of plant with increasing water stress, and significant differences were found. Cu content in leaves was decreased with increasing water-stress, Cu content in root was decreased first and then increased, while Cu content in stem showed reverse trend.
