鸢尾属植物马蔺(Iris lacteal var.chinesis)的研究现状与开发利用建议

The Study and Exploitation Strategy on Iris lactea var. chinesis

本文对鸢尾属观赏植物马蔺植物学特性、栽培繁殖、抗性以及细胞学、分子生物学等方面的研究进行了总结,并就其开发利用提出4点设想:一是建立马蔺种质资源库,筛选和驯化优良种质;二是开展遗传多样和育种研究;三是建立种子生产及组培快繁体系;四是进行城市绿化、水土保持和固土护坡应用技术研究。

The study on the botanical characteristic,planting and reproduction,resistance, cytology and molecular biology of Iris lactea var. chinesis was summarized and some suggestions on exploitation were afforded. First of all, founding the germ plasm resources storeroom,selecting and domesticating the good ones. Secondly, developing the researches on genetic diversity and breeding. Thirdly,establishing the system of seed production and tissue culture. Finally, doing some researches on making use of the excellent resources to make cities green and protect the natural environment.
