黑麦青草结构日粮对五龙鹅粗纤维消化率影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本试验选取3.5月龄的五龙鹅32只进行试验,试验分为4组,1个对照组,3个处理组,每组8只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别饲喂基础日粮与青绿冬牧-70黑麦草重量的比例分别为1:2、1:3、1:4的日粮(粗纤维(CF)占日粮干物质量分别为9.14%、17.92%、20.40%、22.27%),试验采用全收粪法,试验期8d,正试期的4d连续收集排泄物,分析饲料及排泄物中的CF、NDF、ADF,供测定其利用率。试验结果表明:在一定的天然CF水平范围内,CF、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率均随着日粮CF含量的增加而提高(p<0.05)。 The objectives of the trial were to study the efficiency of CF digestion for conTableurable ration of ryegrass in Wu-long Goose. Twelve geese of 3. 5 months old were selected and divided into four groups, one control group and three treatment groups, with 8 replicates each group. Control group was fed basal ration, while treatment groups were all fed a mixed provender, which contained basal ration and dongmu-70 Green ryegrass, the ratio of 1 : 2, 1 : 3 and 1 : 4 (containing 9. 14%,17.92% ,20.40% ,22.27% CF at the ration of dry matter weight level ). The experimental period was 8 days and the total excreta from each goose were collected for a consecutive fourday period. The 'time to time' feeding system was used at the collection period. The contents of CF, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) of the diet and excreta were determined to calculate utilization rate. The result indicated that within the range of natural crude fiber, the metabolizing of CF and the digestive rate of NDF and ADF increased significantly (p<0.05) as dietary CF increased.
