摘要
民主平等与教师主导是师生关系的两个方面,是分别从社会学和教育学角度对这一关系所做的规定。从社会学角度,师生关系是否平等取决于一定社会的主流人际关系;从教育学角度,师生关系则是以不平等为基础的教与学的关系。在现实中,两个方面交织缠绕在一起,只有从认识上加以澄清和区别,才能在实践中自觉和准确地加以把握。就中国社会的发展趋势而言,在教学活动中应当以建立民主平等的师生关系为追求,同时,必须坚持而不能放弃教师主导。两种规定并不是彼此冲突,而是能够在实践中统一,并行不悖的。
Democracy and equality, as well as leading in the whole teaching process, which are defined respectively in sociology and education, are two perspectives of teacher-student relationship. From the perspective of sociology, whether an equal teacher-student relationship can be established depends on the dominant interpersonal relationship in society. In practices, the two perspectives interweave and present simultaneously. Only clarifying and distinguishing them, can we master them spontaneously and precisely.
