摘要
同现代社会的其他制度建制一样,现代学校的体制特征最深刻地体现在两个方面:一是科层体制,二是微观规训体制。在现代学校的体制建构与我们所追求的教育理念之间存在着内在的矛盾与张力,它往往成为改革所可能达到的内在“限度”。我们今天所要进行的学校改革需要对这种“体制建构”进行明确系统的认识与反思。
Modern schools, like other institutions in modern society, bear the systematic characteristics embodied in two aspects: bureaucratic system and disciplinary mechanism. There are inner contradiction and tension between the systematic construction of modern schools and the educational ideals we pursue, which often become the possible inner “limitation” to school reform. It is necessary for us to have an explicit understanding and reflection on such a systematic construction to promote today's school reform.
