摘要
我国传媒产业近年来快速发展,已经形成了相当的规模。从社会效益和公共安全的角度看,需要运用法律来规制和引导传媒的产业经营行为。由于我国的传媒产业发展所处的特殊历史背景和现实环境,使得传媒产业的法律规制方面存在诸多问题。因此,迫切需要通过调整管理理念、创新管理体制和构建较为完备的法律体系来加以解决。
In recent years, the Media Industry has developed rapidly, and it has been in shape. From the perspective of the social validity and the public safety, it is quite necessary to apply political legal means to regulate and guide the behavior of the mass media. There are many problems in the law regulation of media industry because of its' special history background and realistic environment. We can solve these problems by adjusting management idea, innovating management system, constructing intact law system etc.
