在我国农产品出口数量及外汇储备均已有一定规模的情况下,为协调城乡关系,实现社会公平,未来我国农产品出口应以增加农民收入为效益目标。为此,应加大国家政策扶持力度,以科技为支撑,开发和推广具有高品质、高价值的农产品,大力发展农产品加工业,实现农产品出口提质增值,扩大具有竞争优势的农产品出口比例。

In a situation that the export volume of agricultural products in our country and foreign exchange reserve have already had certain scale , for coordination between urban and rural areas relation, are realizing social justice, future export of agricultural product of our country should regard increasing peasant's income as benefit goal . For this reason , we must strengthen the support dynamics of the state policies , regard science and technology as support , develop and popularize agricultural products with high-quality , high value, develop processing industry of agricultural products in a more cost-effective manner, realize agricultural product exit mention quality appreciation , expand the competitive agricultural product export ratio.
