生态安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,是国防安全、政治安全和经济安全的坚实基础。文章论述了生态安全的含义、构成、特点及意义,分析了我国生态安全在国土安全、水资源安全、环境安全和生物物种安全等方面面临的严重危机,指出我国生态安全有加速恶化的趋势。最后,提出保护我国生态安全的几点主要措施。

Ecological security is one of very important components of national security and the foundation of military security, political security and economic security. The author discusses the implication, forms and significance of ecological security, analyzes many serious environment problems that our country is facing for, such as deforestation, desertification, water pollution, land erosion, loss of wetland, loss of bio-diversity etc, which are major factors causing environment degeneration, points out that our ecological security is beset with crisis, and the general trend is accelerating degeneration. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of promoting our environment quality, of safeguarding our ecological security.
