摘要
砷在世界各地的土壤中有着广泛的分布。砷会影响到人内脏器官功能,而且具有致癌性、致突变和致畸性。在测定土壤中砷的过程中,采用硝酸、硫酸、高氯酸消解体系进行对土壤进行消解处理,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法进行测定,具有很好的准确性和精密度。
Arsenic is distributed in the soil of the everywhere. Arsenic can affect man’s viscera ,lead to cancer, lead to mutation and lead to deformity. In the course of determining arsenic in the soil, we use HNO_ 3 -H_ 2 SO_ 4 -HClO_ 4 system to dispel soil sample. Using hydride generator-atomic fluorescent method to determine arsenic in the soil possesses high accuracy and precision.
