肺泡II型上皮细胞细胞外信号调节激酶激活与急性肺损伤

摘要 肺泡上皮屏障的受损程度与肺损伤轻重和急性肺损伤的预后密切相关,而肺泡II型上皮细胞对维持肺泡上皮的自身稳定有十分重要的作用。细胞外信号调节激酶是参与细胞增殖、分化、死亡等多种生物学行为的重要信号传导调节激酶。急性肺损伤中肺泡II型上皮细胞细胞外信号调节激酶的激活与细胞周期停滞、细胞因子分泌和作用、肺泡上皮的抗损伤修复有一定关系。
