高免疫球蛋白M综合征发病机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 高免疫球蛋白M综合征是一种罕见的原发性免疫缺陷病,患者以男性多见,多为X染色体连锁遗传,少数为常染色体隐性或显性遗传。以往对其发病机制的研究主要集中于CD40配体与CD40相互作用的异常,近年来发现该病还涉及活化诱导的胞苷脱氨酶、尿嘧啶DNA转葡糖基酶,核因子κB必需调节分子等异常,此外,还有许多尚未明确的分子机制参与该病。该文拟就高免疫球蛋白M血症的发病机制及其分类进行综述。
