摘要
从自旋为1/2的Falicov-Kimball模型出发,假设内层电子存在较强的铁磁耦合,考虑外层电子和内层电子之间的在位库仑作用,通过平均场近似求解。结果表明由于内、外层电子的杂化,形成三个杂化能带,从而对材料铁磁性产生影响。
Starting from the spin-one-half Falicov-Kimball model and the assumption of existing ferromagnetic coupling between inner-shell electrons, the effect of the hybridization between the inner-shell and outer-shell electrons on the ferromagnetism of the model are investigated. The mean field approximation is adopted and the on-site coulomb interaction between inner-shell and outer-shell electrons is taken into account. Results show that three hybridized energy bands are formed due to the hybridization of inner-shell and outer-shell electrons, and the material ferromagnetism is then affected.
