摘要
学术期刊人力资本是指从业主体和精神产品创造者主体投入的时间、精力、教育等积淀而成的知识、技能、经验和健康存量的总和,它涵盖着主体自身的知识、智慧、技能、创造力以及健康因素等等。学术期刊人力资本对刊物综合质量的提升、知名度的扩大、社会效益的提高都具有关键性作用。刊物特色的生成固然有多重因素影响和制约,但人力资本的效力却是巨大的,因而,应该充分发挥学术期刊人力资本效能,铸造期刊特色。
Human capitals of academic journals are the sum of the knowledge, skills, experiences, and health condition of the professionals in this field after they have devoted time, energy, and education background to the editorial work. Human capitals play a decisive role in upgrading the quality of the academic journals, expanding reputation, and increasing social returns. The formation of the characteristics of an academic journal is influenced and restricted by various factors, but the effect of human capitals cannot afford to be overlooked. Therefore, these human capitals should be brought into full play to shape the characteristics of the journals.
