摘要
LPAK细胞(Lymphokine and PHA Activated Killer cells,LPAK)在体外实验中对Raji细胞和SGC-7901胃癌细胞均有较强的杀伤活性. LPAK细胞对裸鼠SGC-7901胃癌亦有显著的抗瘤作用,抑瘤率达84.6±8.6%.
In this paper.it is demonstrated that LPAK cells(lymphokine and phytohemagglutinin activated killer cells)could mediate lysis of Raji cells and SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells in vitro.and that the cytotoxicities were 28. 43%±15.11% and 23. 82%±15. 40% respectively. Human gastric carcinoma had been developed in BALB/C nu/nu mice by subcutaneously inoculating with 5 × 106/0. 2 ml of SGC-7901 gastric carcinoma cells,then,LPAK cells(1 × 107)and R-Hu-IL-2(1 × 104 U/day × 3 days)were injeced in areas surrounding the injection site on the second day. In the 40th day afterwards, the mice were killed and the tumors were weighed. The tumor weights of the treatment group were 305mg ±271mg,which was significantly lower than that of control group (2205mg± 2114mg,P<0. 003). The tumor inhibilory rare was 84. 6% ±8. 6%. The results showed that LPAK cells had potent antitumor effects and might be used effectively in the treatment of human cancer.
