缺铜性脑损伤的实验病理学研究 被引量:2

Experimental pathological study of brain damage in rats with copper deficiency

摘要 对实验性缺铜仔鼠大脑病变作了光镜、电镜观察。结果显示:(1)大脑体积缩小、减重,皮质变薄、纹状体萎缩;(2)纹状体内锥体外系传导束中,轴索内线粒体空泡变性,高度肿胀,导致轴索破坏、髓鞘受压崩解;(3)暗神经元内质网明显增生;亮神经元内线粒体肿胀破裂。两者均可发生坏死。严重的缺铜性损伤虽经补铜,病变不能逆转。以上结果提示,缺铜可使大脑皮质和纹状体神经元严重受损,导致大脑发育障碍。 athological observations on brain damage in baby rats with experimental copper deficiency werecarried out and the following observations were made:1.The cerebrum were decreased in size andweight,the cortex became thinner and the corpus striatum atrophic。2.Vacuolar degeneration andswelling of the mitochondria in the extrapyramidal system within the cornus striatum resulted in axondamage and disintegration of the myelin sheath.3.Proliferation of endoplasmic reticulum in the darkneurons, swelling and rupture of mitochondria in the light neurons, which can result in necrosis ofbo th types of neurons.The damage due to copper deficiency could not be reversed by copper supple-ments in diet。
