Research & Development of Automatic Maintenance System of Removing Rust for Armored Force Equipment

摘要 以装甲装备器材的除锈保养要求为牵引,首先设计了除锈保养的工艺流程,然后从封闭式主架结构、控制系统、机械臂运行系统、除锈清洗系统等关键技术入手,完成了装甲装备器材自动化除锈保养设备的研制.通过运行试验及大量器材的保养实践证明,设备运行可靠、性能优越,能够有效提高器材除锈保养的自动化水平、保养质量与保养效能,满足装甲装备器材除锈保养的要求. Aiming at meeting the demands of removing rust and maintenance of the armored force equipment, based on the design of its working procedure and the key technologies of close frame structure, control system, mechanical running system, rinse system, we have developed the automatic maintenance system of removing rust for armored force equipment, which has passed running test and been applied to the purging of a great deal of armored force equipment. It has been proved to run reliably with good capability promote the standards of the automation, quality, efficiency and capacity and satisfy the demands of removing rust and maintenance as designed.
