保持共产党员先进性教育活动是提高党的执政能力的重要举措

执政党的执政能力与该党的先进性是相互依存、相辅相成的。中国共产党的执政能力是其先进性的体现,提高党的执政能力需要通过开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动来实现。本文主要从我党进行先进性教育的历史传统、价值指向、前提基础、有效载体等方面论证了保持共产党员先进性教育活动是提高党的执政能力的重要举措。

The Political party's administration capability and advanced nature is of mutually depend on each ather. Chinese communist party's rulling capacity is the embody of it's advancement, to carry on the party's advanced nature, improve it's administration capability, it have to be by means of launching the education movement that keeping communist party members' advanced nature. This treatise testified that maintaining the education movement of communist party members' advanced nature is the significant move to promote it's rulling capacity, from the aspects of our party's advancement's historical tradition, value orintation, requisite fundament, efficient carrier and so on.
