关于我国农村土地制度改革与创新的思考

当前,农村土地问题是“三农”问题之症结所在。为此,对农村土地制度的规范和完善,既是中国农村乃至整个国民经济实现可持续发展的保证,也是当前农村经济和社会稳定发展亟待解决的重大课题。本文根据当前我国农村经济和社会的现实情况,提出了对农村土地制度改革和创新的基本思路。

Nowadays, the matter of countryside's land is a crux to the questions with “agriculture, countryside, and peasants”. Therefor, to standardize and improve the system of countryside's land is either the guarantee that achieving continuable development of China's countrysides even whole national economy or the great subject that nowaday agricultural economy and society to be in stable development. This article according to realistic situation of our country'scountrysides'economyandsociety,givesbasicideasforreformandinnovationofcountryside'slandsysten.
