论青藏高原生态特殊性对地区开发的影响

On the influences of Qing Zang plateau's natural peculiarity onregional exploit

本文从青藏高原生态环境形成的高寒性、易于破坏性、恢复的困难性和影响的广泛性等四个方面对青藏高原生态特殊性进行了分析;在此基础上,又从青藏高原生态特殊性加剧了自然灾害的发生和地区的贫困程度、加大了地区开发成本和社会经济发展的压力等视角论述了青藏高原生态特殊性对地区开发的影响;最后论证了青藏高原生态环境可持续发展具有一举多得的功效,得出了可持续发展是青藏高原开发的永恒命题这一结论。

This thesis analyzes the ecological perticularity of Qing zang plateau from the four respects of its high and cold nature, easy to be ecocided nature, difficult to be reinstated nature and wide-ranging nature of affect; based on that, expounds the influences of it on expoiting the regions, from the visual angle that it accelerates natural disasters and regional poverty extent, and enlarges the cost of regional exploit and the stress of social economic dovelopment; finally testifies that continuable development of Qing zang plateau's eco-environment has the efficiencies of one stone two berds, and concludes that continuable development is eternal proposition of exploiting Qing zand plateau.
