对我国商事登记法律制度问题的探讨

商事登记制度,是国家登记主管机关依据法律对商主体的设立、变更、终止资格进行确认的制度。当前,在我国商事登记制度的立法方面尚存在一定的缺陷。因此,改进并完善商事登记法律制度,既是一个重要的法律问题,也是司法实践中的一个严肃问题。
